| Abstract: | CAO ZHI is good at using the image-reposing technique in which the subjective wish is expressed circuitously and this precisely reveals the embodiment of aesthetic request in Chinese traditional poetry both in fastidious connotation and to the level of" no character literally attached, but more tasteful and refined". Image-reposing law originated from The Book of Songs. CAO Zhi is one of innumerable inheritors and innovators in history. |
