摘    要:文章通过“经济人”与“社会人”两种视角,探讨了我国职业足球运动发展过程中劳资纠纷的理论根源及劳资关系和谐的思想基础。针对我国职业足球发展的实际情况,从治标和治本两个方面提出了化解冲突的建议。强调追求合作中的冲突最小化的“经济人”视角与谋取冲突中的合作最大化的“社会人”视角,是两种截然不同的思维模式,有着不同的境界和深度,也自然会产生不同的实践效果。

Abstract:From both the visual angles of economy men and society men,this paper analyzes the theoretical source of labor-management dispute in the development of Chinese occupational football industry,and the ideology basis of harmonious labor-management.The paper aims at the real situation of Chinese occupational football development,brings forward both method and suggestion of solve conflict form the point of take temporary solution and effect a permanent cure.Emphasize: First point is pursue the angle of view of the minimue conflict by economy men in the cooperate;second point is pursue the angle of view of the maxmization cooperate by society men in the conflict.Both points are complete different mode of thinking,and have different ambit and profundity,rather give birth to different practice effect naturally.
