关于公务员招录问题的思考——以古代科举制度为借鉴

中国是文官制度的发源地,我国的科举制度可追溯到隋朝时期。千余年来,它在选贤任能方面发挥了重要的作用,并为西方国家所借鉴。我国公务员录用制度建立十多年来,取得了长足的进步,但是仍存在不少问题,有待完善。以史为鉴,提出了改进公务员制度的三点建议。

Views on the Enrollment of Governmental Officials Taking the Ancient Imperial Examination System for Reference

China is the place of origin of civil official system and China’s imperial examination system can be traced back to the Sui Dynasty.For more than one thousand years,the latter system played an important role in respect of selecting and enrolling competent personnel,which was taken for reference by the western countries.More than ten years since the establishment of our country’s system of enrollment of governmental officials,this system has achieved great improvement.However,there are still many issues to be improved.Taking the history for reference,this paper puts forward three proposals to improve the said system.
