试论艺术教育专业五年制专科的培养目标与培养规格

摘    要:培养目标有着明确培养方向、昭示专业定位的重要作用.但是,这种方向和定位笼统而概括,不便于在办学实践中贯彻落实.为使培养目标更容易把握,更便于操作,我们变笼统为详细,化概括为具体,把艺术教育专业五年制专科"面向21世纪,培养德、智、体、美全面发展的、多能一专的高素质中小学艺术师资和专门人才"的培养目标,分解为基本素质和能力结构两个层面的12种培养规格,并从规格自身的关联性、培养过程的关联性两个方面阐述了各种规格之间的内在联系.

Abstract:The training goal has its important meaning in being clear about the training orientation and the position of specialities. But they are hard to canny out in practice because of being full of generalities. The training goal of the 5-year programs of artistic education is to be geared to the needs of the 21th century and to foster teachers and qualified personnel for the junior middle school, who are morally, intellectually, physically and artistically qualified. For fulfilling the goal, we resolve it unto two partselementary quality and capability structure, which include 12 kinds of training standard and give a clear explanation on inner relations of the interrelation of the standard and the training course between the different standards.
