| 摘 要： | 文章通过对十运会散打比赛中运动员运用摔法技术的数据统计发现,合理地运用摔法技术已成为运动员在比赛中得分取胜的有效手段。搂抱摔技术是摔法的重要组成部分,通过录像资料,统计出搂抱摔、接腿摔及其它摔法的具体数据,将三者加以比较。通过参考相关的文献资料,归纳出搂抱摔中所包含的十项主要技术动作,进行对比和分析,总结出各项技术的优势与精华所在,从而为运动员和教练员的日常训练和比赛提供了一些参考依据。

| Abstract: | According to the data of wrestling skills which used by the athletes of Sanda Competition in the 10th National Games, the article found that it had been becoming an effective method for athletes to get scores and victories by using reasonable wrestling skills in competitions. Cuddle wrestling is an important integrant of wrestling skills. The paper counted concrete data of cuddle wrestling? catching-leg wrestling and other wrestling by video materials, and then compared with them. By referring to relevant documents and materials, the article generalized ten principal skills and motions of cuddle wrestling, and then made comparison and analysis in order to generalize advantages and essences of every skill. The article offered some references for athletes and trainers in daily trainings and competitions. |
