| 摘 要： | 目前我国职业经理人市场发展还存在很多问题,这既与市场交易主体自身有关,也与外部市场环境有关。为推动其健康发展提出以下对策：（1）提高职业经理人自身能力和职业道德;（2）建立和完善企业的内部用人机制;（3）建立权威的资格认证体系和有效的评价机制;（4）健全职业经理人市场监管机制与法律法规;（5）加快发展一批职业经理人市场中介服务机构。
