| 摘 要： | 我国农村刺余劳动力转移就业形式，反映了我国的劳动力要素配置方式和效率，也影响各地区的城市化进程。从空间上看，我国劳动力转移就业存在区域差异性、空间流动性、乡村城市不连续性．对我国农业有不利影响，也使劳动力要素配置效率低下，农民工利益流失，城市化推进困难。应采取4个方面的对策，缩小区域差距，促进劳动力合理转移与与城市化水平提高。

| Abstract: | The rural surplus labour force has transferred the form of employment in China ,which reflects the labour force factor ' s disposal form and efficiency ,also affects urbanization in each area .Seeing from the space ,there are regional difference about shifts in labour force ,and space current and rural discontinuity.It's hard to urbanize because of bad influence on agriculture,benefits loss of farmers and workers .We should take the following 4 countermeasures in order to narrow regional gap and promote shifts reasonably in labour force,increase the level of urbanization. |
