| 摘 要： | 远程高等教育是新中国高等教育体系的重要组成部分,是非传统高等教育的主力和骨干。进一步开发远程高等教育的功能,对于推进中国高等教育改革、构建终身教育体系、形成学习社会具有深刻的现实和长远意义。作者运用实证分析和统计分析,探讨了20世纪我国远程高等教育功能开发的基本状况、存在问题及功能开发不良的成因。

| Abstract: | China's higher distance education has made a great contribution to the socialist modern construction in 20 years. Facing the challenges of new century, China's higher distance education must be further developed. This paper tries to analyze the current situation of China's higher distance education and to explore its developing reasons, which is aimed to offer some reference to the corresponding planning, decision - making and practice. |
