高等学校怎样建立完善校园网

近年来各高校普遍建立了自己的校园网。但校园网在运行和管理中存在着许多问题，作者试图对其带有共性的几个问题，如机构设置、有效管理、教育培训及开发利用进行简要分析，并提出了自己的一些见解。

How Institutions Perfect the Campus Network

In recent years, institutions have generally set up the campus network of their own. However, many problems have arised in the field of the operation and management of the network. The author attempts to analyse those problems which share the same characters, such as: how to establish the organization, how to take an effective management, how to carry out the education and the training course, and how to develop and make the full use of the campus network. Based on that, the author puts forward his own opinion.
