电解法处理漂染废水影响因素研究

摘    要:在一定的电解装置内研究可溶阳极(铁阳极)电解法处理漂染废水技术,探究废水的电流强度、pH值和电解时间对废水CODcr去除效果的影响规律。结果表明采用可溶阳极(铁阳极)法处理漂染废水的最佳工艺条件是:电解时间为20min时,电流强度为300~400mA.进水pH值5,5~6,处理后CODcr去除率达61.4%。

Abstract:This paper tries to find out the law of how the current intensity and pH of wastewater and electrolytic treatment time influence the effect of removing COD_(er) in the process of treating dyeing wastewater by using the soluble anode electrolysis method. The findings show that the best technological conditions are as fullowed: electrolytic treatment time 20 min; current intensity 400 mA; the pH of wastewater 5.5 - 6; the removal rate of treated COD_(er) treated COD_(er), is 61.4%.
