| 摘 要： | 冷战后席卷全球的民族分离主义运动,大有”凯歌高奏”、不可阻挡之势。但深入分析不难发现,民族分离主义运动歪曲滥用民族自决权,其理论依据”一国一族”从来不具有普遍性和现实可操作性;其实践本身有悖于经济全球化之大潮流,又无法切中和平与发展之时代主题。因此,民族分离主义运动是没有前途的。

| Abstract: | The movement of nation - divisionism has swept across the length and breodth of the world since the cold war finished. It is easy to see that abusing the national right to self- determination against a legal government which rules different nations is unreasonable. The movement based on nation state theory is against the tide of globlization of economy and the time of peace and development. So, it has no expectation. |
