| Abstract: | The clean government building are the greatly systematical project, which need the ever-lasting efforts from all the fields in our society. Traditional culture has deep impact on the clean government building and it is of the significant importance for it. Althouth the clean government idea in the traditional culture can not basically get rid of the corruption, we have to say that it is a socially effective controlling power. In order to enforce the clean government building,we should know how to use the moral power. |
