| 摘 要： | 高校后勤社会化改革是以市场机制为主导的教育资源的配置，其实施必须依赖于社会化的高校后勤管理体制和运行机制的建立，笔从高校后勤社会化改革的实践出发，在阐述改革管理体制，明晰产权关系，转换运行机制和改革劳动人事用工制度等高校后勤社会化改革的基本内容之后，着重论证了高校后勤社会化改革所应注意和应该加强研究的几个问题。

| Abstract: | Rear service socialization in institutions of higher education is allocation of educational resources guided by market organism.Its realization must depend on the establishment of managing organism and operational organism.Based on the practice of the reform of rear service socialization,the paper analyzes the issues of reforming managing system,clarifying the ownership of assets,transforming operational organism and reforming the system of employment.The focus of the paper is on some problems that should be attached importance to in the reform of rear service in institutions of higher education. |
