| 摘 要： | 中心城市本科院校实施战略管理既是办学自主权扩大、社会责任增强、高等教育类型多样化的必然,也是学校自主发展、提升自身竞争力的需要。面对日趋激烈的校际竞争以及学校自身实力和创新能力的不足,中心城市本科院校应树立战略发展的意识,主动在服务地方中谋求发展,实现高校自主发展与外部环境的和谐共存。
