| 摘 要： | 分析了高职院校构建应用型创新人才立交教育体系的现状,阐述了构建立交教育体系的意义;提出了跨校修读、实现技术复合,允许学生省内转学,建设第二校园等建设策略;并提出,国家要加大政策支持力度,高职院校要加速双师型师资队伍的建设和课程内容的改革。
