| 摘 要： | 教教师是教育教学工作的主要承担者,也是教育改革中的中心角色。因此,教师队伍质量的怎么样,直接影响教育教学质量,也影响教育改革的成败。本文从这一点出发,在做实际调查的基础上,对维吾尔族农村中小学教师队伍的素质现状进行了分析,总结出了所存在的问题,并针对存在的问题,提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | Teachers are not only the important undertakers of education and instruction,but also play the central role in education reform.Therefore,teachers' quality has a direct impact on the quality of education,instruction and the education reform.This article carries out analysis on the current situation of Uighur teachers' quality in the rural area's middle and primary schools;sums up the existing problems,and makes puts forward some countermeasures. |
