| Abstract: | Today vith the inflaence of the economy and information system worldwildey, the key of development in the western areas is how to use the information system to power industrialization, thus accomplish the western areas economic tranregional style's development. The scientific and technical information institute must finmly grasp the opportu-nity,accept the challenge, provide society with information technology service into full play and it must do it's best to push on the development of the scientific and technical information undertakings. |
