| 摘 要： | 政治秩序的构建是政治发展、政治现代化的前提。然而，处于转型期的我国，由于传统与现代的冲突、稳定与发展的悖论、自主性与依附性的矛盾等因素的干扰，导致政治秩序出现失衡的状态，严重滞缓着政治和经济发展的前进步伐。深度解析这些变量因素，对于重新建构稳定的政治秩序，实现我国从传统社会向现代社会转变，推动现代化进程具有重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Construction of the political order is premise of political development and political modernization. However, in a period of transition in our country, because of the traditional and modem conflicts, the paradox of stability and development, contradiction between independent and dependent factors, political order takes on imbalance state,slowing down the pace of development. Deep analysis on these variables is helpful for re - building a stable political order, the transition from traditional society to modem and the promotion of modernization. |
