| Abstract: | It is the requirement by corporation entity in university, the decision of college-management efficiency and especially the pressure of current situation that make university carry out the college-system entity; the function of college is defined as the basis, the right is endowed with college as the guarantee the good college leadership is organized as the key for the purpose of the implementation of the college-system entity, and also the weigh-balance mechanism should be established and the short-term conduct must be eliminated. |
