| 摘 要： | 采用Bligh-Dyer提取法对海参中的脂肪油进行提取，并进行甲酯化处理，利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行分析测定．共检测出19种脂肪酸，不饱和脂肪酸为9种，相对百分含量占检出所有脂肪酸的71．24％．其中，二十碳五烯酸（EPA）为10．39％，二十二碳六烯酸（DHA）为2．61％，同时检出了15．二十四碳烯酸（NA），相对百分含量为4．14％．

| Abstract: | The fatty acids of sea cucumbers is extracted by Bligh-Dyer method,and is analyzed by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry.The result shows that 19 fatty acids and 9 unsaturated fatty acids are identified,and the contents of them make up 71.24% of the identified fatty acids of sea cucumbers.The percentages of eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid(DHA) are 9.46% and 11.77% respectively,and 15-Tetracosenoic acid(NA) is identified in salmon oil and the percentages of it is 4.14%. |
