海参脂肪酸的气相色谱-质谱分析

摘    要:采用Bligh-Dyer提取法对海参中的脂肪油进行提取,并进行甲酯化处理,利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行分析测定.共检测出19种脂肪酸,不饱和脂肪酸为9种,相对百分含量占检出所有脂肪酸的71.24%.其中,二十碳五烯酸(EPA)为10.39%,二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)为2.61%,同时检出了15.二十四碳烯酸(NA),相对百分含量为4.14%.

Abstract:The fatty acids of sea cucumbers is extracted by Bligh-Dyer method,and is analyzed by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry.The result shows that 19 fatty acids and 9 unsaturated fatty acids are identified,and the contents of them make up 71.24% of the identified fatty acids of sea cucumbers.The percentages of eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid(DHA) are 9.46% and 11.77% respectively,and 15-Tetracosenoic acid(NA) is identified in salmon oil and the percentages of it is 4.14%.
