基于生态足迹方法的湖北省自然资本分析

作为自然资本测度的主要方法,近年来,生态足迹方法广泛应用于地区可持续发展的研究中。文章采用中国实际单位产量法测算了湖北省2000—2011年生态足迹及其构成,结果显示:在整个研究期内,湖北省总体处于不断扩大的生态赤字状态,资源利用效益在波动中缓慢下降,表明湖北省经济增长的资源环境代价愈发严重。结合实证分析结果,文章针对性地提出了对策建议。

Analysis of Natural Capital in Hubei Province based on Ecological Footprint

As the main method of natural capital measure,ecological footprint has been widely applied in the study of regional sustainable development in recent years. Based on the calculation of actual yield per unit area,this paper analyzes the ecological footprint and its composition of Hubei Province. The result shows that in the examined period,Hubei is in a state of continually increasing ecological deficit in general,and its resource use efficiency declines slowly,though in fluctuation,which reflects that resources environmental costs of economic growth is more serious. Combined with the results of empirical analysis,this paper finally puts forward some countermeasures.
