中小学教师心理辅导培训的回溯

摘    要:目前中小学的心理健康教育已引起社会各界的普遍关注,亦取得了一定的可喜成绩。要进一步提高心理健康教育的效果,决定于教师的心理辅导素质。真正影响心理辅导的是教师个人头脑中的“内隐理论”,即“理念”,它随时随地以无意识的方式影响着教师的心理辅导思维和策略。回溯中小学教师心理辅导培训模式后发现,传统的讲授式培训难以使心理辅导教师将“所倡导的理论”顺利转化为“所应用的理论”,难以使教师形成科学的心理辅导理念,无法充分有效地提高教师的心理辅导素质。只有通过体验和反思的培训方法,教师才能形成自己的、科学的心理辅导理念,才能充分有效地提高自己的心理辅导素质,最后促进心理辅导实践工作。

Abstract:At present,the psychological consultation in middle and primary schools has attracted great attention,and also made remarkable progress.The effects to improve psychological consultation depend on teachers'quality. What really affected psychological consultation is teachers'"Implicit Theory",namely,concept.It unconsuiously affects the thinking and strategies of teachers of psychological consultation at any moment The author,through reflecting training models of psychological consultation,thinks that the traditional lecture is difficult for teachers to change "exposed theories"into "theories-in-use",hard for them to form scientific theories of psychological consultation,and cannot efficiently improve qualities of teachers' psychological education.Only in the training way of experiences and reflections,can they form their own scientific concepts,efficiently improve qualities of teachers' psychological consultation,and finally facilitate their practical work of psychological consultation.
