颗粒人工饲料在蚕种生产上的应用研究

摘    要:不同蚕品种对小蚕颗粒人工饲料的适应性存在较大差异,从24h疏毛率来看,原种低于杂交种,日系品种高于中系品种,日系品种疏毛率80%以上,能达到生产实用的要求,但中系品种疏毛率偏低,目前还不能达到生产实用的要求。小蚕颗粒人工饲料育的1-2龄原蚕发育经过比全龄桑叶育对照延迟35-56 h,但5龄期发育加快,差距缩小,卵转化率平均提高15%以上。

Abstract:There are lot of differences in adaptability of silkworm varieties to pellet artificial diet for young silkworms , from 24 h setae dispersion rate, the adaptability of original silkworms is lower than crossbreed silkworms , Japanese variety is higher than Chinese variety, the setae dispersion rate of Japanese varieties is over eighty percent, it can meet the demands of production, but the setae dispersion rate of Chinese varieties is a little low, at present, it can not meet the demands of production. The 1st-2nd instars development progress of young silkworms with pellet artificial diet rearing delays 35-56 hours than the young silkworms with mulberry rearing in all instars, but the 5th instar development progress speeds up, so the difference reduces. The ratio of transformation from leaves to eggs increases more than 15%.
