Contrastive analysis of economic situation of Japan at late 20th century and current economic situation in China

Through contrastive analysis, the economic situation of China now is similar to that of Japan at late 20th century. In both countries, economic growth slowed down and both were lack of internal demand without enough consuming demand and investing demand. This text argues that the six great policies of reform of Qiaoben Cabinet and the reform of the state-owners enterprises, medical treatment, social guarantees system, and so on, in China during recent years, are the reasons leading to shortage of domestic need in both two countries. We should learn from the lesson of Japan, to deal properly with the relation between reform and prosperity and go through the difficult period of reform.
