上海中职毕业生就业现状及对策研究

本文基于上海市近几年中职校毕业生总体就业情况分析,以跟踪调查的反馈信息为依据,总结当前中职学校毕业生存在着专业不对口、待遇不高、职业不稳定等突出问题,从社会、学校和家庭等方面探讨其原因,并提出相应的对策建议,以期为上海中等职业教育的进一步发展和提高毕业生就业质量提参考.

Gradustes' Employment Situation in Middle Vocational Schools of Shanghai and Its Countermeasures

This paper,based on summarization of graduates' employment situation in middle vocational schools of Shanghai,analyzes the feedback information from a long-term follow-up study. The analysis shows that there are many problems in graduates' employment in middle vocational schools under the current high employment rate as below: the specialty which students take up not conforming to the requirements of student's job; low salary; instability of employment and so on. On this basis,this paper puts forward some suggestion on these problems with a view to being of advantage to further development of middle vocational education and promotion of graduates' employment quality in middle vocational schools of Shanghai.
