关于构建新农村文化建设主体参与体系的哲学思考

随着农村经济和各项社会生活的发展,农民对于文化的需求也逐渐增加,党和政府响应农民的需求,开展了新农村文化建设,但新农村文化建设开展有相当一段时间,其效果却不是很显著,这与主体参与体系的构建不完善有相当大的关系。从哲学角度对新农村文化建设主体缺失的内外因进行分析,从实践主客体关系来研究构建新农村文化建设的主体参与体系对新农村文化建设的意义,最后用两点论和重点论来探索构建新农村文化的着力点应在哪里,以期促进新农村文化建设的发展。
