消除大直径薄壁圆筒轴磨外圆振纹的方法

摘    要:在大直径薄壁圆筒轴磨外圆的加工过程中,由于零件直径大,长度较长,筒壁较薄且不均匀,在磨削的过程中容易产生振动,使磨削后的外圆留下振纹而不能达到表面粗糙度的要求.针对这些问题,笔者经过不断分析和实验,找到一个既简单又行之有效的消除振纹的方法,即通过在零件内部注入机械油以增大其壁厚的方法来提高零件的抗压性,经过磨削加工,结果圆筒轴的外圆面不再产生振纹.

Abstract:In the machining process of major diameter thin-wall cylinder axis,due to the larger diameter,greater length,thinner and uneven wall of the component,it is easy to lead to vibration during the process,therefore,to cause shake lines and hardly to meet the requirement of surface roughness.To solve these problems,the author figured out a simple and effective method of eliminating shake lines through constant analysis and experiment,namely,to inject machine oil into the inner of the component so that to thicken...
