教师专业发展的理论、视角及其实施策略

摘    要:从教师所处的时代背景谈起,结合教师专业化概念,论述教师专业发展的必然性。分析了教师专业发展的理论:社会化理论和终身教育理论并结合时代背景,从知识管理和信息技术能力两个视角对当代教师的专业发展提出了新要求,即教师既能对现有知识进行有效管理,又能适应时代的要求,具备一定的信息素养,促进其专业发展。
