| Abstract: | Basic law subject is one of the 'Two Subjects'. The core status of ethical training in education must be established and the idea of putting moral education in the foremost position should be set up. In the meantime, democratic teaching environment should be created, the practice of moral education encouraged and new ideas in line with the social reality brought forth so as to form a moral content system. |
