数字化转型对产业融合发展的空间效应——基于省域空间面板数据

摘    要:采用我国31个省份2011—2018年有关空间面板数据,从数字化转型的劳动力投入、资本投入、创新平台投入和环境投入等维度,基于柯布-道格拉斯函数建立数字化转型对产业融合发展的空间效应理论模型。分析发现:(1)整体上我国产业融合度不高,具有较强的区域差异,北京、上海两地产业融合发展程度较高,其他省份的产业融合发展程度较低。(2)产业融合发展和数字化转型的要素投入均具有显著的空间正相关关系和全域空间集聚特征。(3)数字化转型的各投入要素对于产业融合发展均有正的空间促进作用,对领近地区具有空间联动和空间外溢效应,其中环境投入具有阴影效应,资本投入具有标杆效应。最后根据研究结果,提出构建合理的域间域内产业格局和优良的数字化创新生态环境、增强人才研发能力和引导创新资本参与等促进产业融合发展的对策建议。

Abstract:Using space panel data from 31 provinces of China from 2011 to 2018,based on Cobb-Douglas Function,this paper establishes a theoretical model of spatial effect of digital transformation on industrial integration development from the dimensions of labor input,capital input,innovation platform input and environmental input.The analysis finds that:(1)On the whole,China’s industrial integration degree is not high,there are strong regional differences,the integration degree of Beijing and Shanghai is higher,and that of other provinces is lower.(2)The factor inputs of industrial convergence development and digital transformation both have significant positive spatial correlation,also have global spatial agglomeration characteristics.(3)Each input factor of digital transformation has a positive spatial promoting effect on industrial integration and development,and has a spatial linkage and spatial spillover effect on neighboring areas,among them,the environmental input has a shadow effect,and the capital investment has a benchmark effect.Finally,according to the research results,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote industrial integration development,such as constructing reasonable inter-regional industrial pattern and excellent digital innovation ecological environment,enhancing talent research and development ability and guiding innovation capital participation.
