大学课程体系演变的动力分析

摘    要:大学课程体系是一个多因素、多层次、多方面构成的有机结构体系,其演变的动力也是一个系统。该动力系统的基本矛盾是大学课程体系的预期目标与课程体系结构功能的矛盾。该系统发展的一般模式是以人类社会发展需求为动力,以人才培养目标的设定为中心,由预期的课程体系发展为现实的课程体系。该系统包括宏观、中观和微观三个层次,具有整体性、开放性和稳定性三大特点。其环境系统相当复杂,既有科技进步、社会需求等因素,也有人的发展需要的因素,人的发展与需要是课程体系改革的根本动力。

A mechanical analysis of the college curriculum system evolution

Abstract:College curriculum system is an organic structure consisted of many factors, multi-level, and various constitutions. The evolution power of college curriculum system is also a system. The basic contradiction of this power system is the anticipated target of college course system and the structural function of curriculum system. The general pattern of college curriculum power system, which develops from anticipated curriculum system to reality curriculum system , is driven by human demand of social development, and focuses on the goal hypothesis of talent cultivation. The dynamic system can be analyzed at macro-, intermediate-and microscopic levels, with integrity, openness and stability as three major characteristics. The power environment system is a complicate one, motivated by advancement in technology, social demand, and human needs for development, of which human needs for development is the leading factor influencing the reform of the curriculum system.
