| 摘 要： | 职业院校的校训是职业院校办学思想和传统精神的集中体现,是校园文化的重要组成部分。了解校训,可以直接触摸到该校最核心的灵魂和特质。其构建可从职业院校校训特征着手,应避免形式化、雷同化、理想化、单一化,并提出校训践行的方法。

| Abstract: | The vocational college motto is a concentrated expression of the traditional spirit and school ideas.It is also an important part of campus culture.Learn motto can directly touch the core of the school soul and character.In this paper,the author proposed that build vocational schools motto should be started by its characters and should avoid formal,identical,idealization and simplification. |
