| 摘 要： | 阐述企业竞争情报采集与反应的重要性。运用博弈论中的古诺模型，分析处于竞争状态中的两个企业，比较具有相同和不同竞争情报能力条件下，企业可获得的收益和投入产出比，并据此推断应当采取的措施，为企业制定合理的竞争情报战略提供参考。

| Abstract: | Enterprise knowledge capability has become the source and capital of organization competition in knowledge economics times. On the basis of analyzing enterprise knowledge capability, this paper introduces self-organizing theory to analyze its evolution and how to evolve in life cycle. Finally, this paper discusses its difference in life cycle and points out the importance of every stage knowledge management. The intention is to help the enterprise to learn the track of its formation and matching different behave of the life cycle with heterogeneity of knowledge capacity in order to improve capability of fast growing up and fighting back hazard. |
