安徽省特殊教育学校体育师资队伍现状研究

运用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,对安徽省特殊教育学校体育师资现状进行调查研究,结果发现:体育教师对自身的认识程度不够,敬业精神不强;师资队伍结构不尽合理,专职体育教师严重短缺,体育教师呈现年轻化趋势,学历、职称普遍偏低;专职体育教师教学负担过重;体育教师有关福利待遇落实程度较差;体育师资队伍稳定状况存有隐患;体育教师培训力度不够;参与撰写论文的教师较少,且科研水平较低等,并提出相应对策.

A Study About Actualities Of PE Teachers In Special School In Anhui Province

By using literature, interview, questionnaire and statistics, the article has probed into actualities of PE teachers in special education, the findings are as following: PE teachers with weak self-consciousness and less devotion, The structure of teachers is improper in severe shortage of professionals, and there are many younger ones with lower formal schoolings and titles, who are overloaded with less benefits. The stability of PE teachers is not solid. Few teachers go to training. Few teachers write academic papers, and thus affect the scientific research. The article has offered some countermeasures.
