金融全球化与全球经济失衡

以美国贸易大幅逆差及盈余资金回流美国为特征的全球经济失衡,已经成为当今全球化的基本格局。储蓄投资结构不合理、全球产业链格局分工、美国金融市场的吸引力和贸易盈余国对外汇储备的需求共同促成了全球经济失衡格局。在这一历史格局中,中国必须进行产业升级,提高自身在全球产业链中的地位;加快推进国内金融体系建设,增强资源配置效率;深化外汇储备体制改革,最终实现人民币国际化。

Global Imbalance and International Imbalance

Nowadays,global imbalance becomes the basic economic structure which consists of huge trade deficit in US and surplus capital reflowing back to the US.There are four reasons to cause the global imbalance: mismatch of saving and investment,global trade structure transformation,attraction of American financial market and surplus capital country need foreign reserve.Facing this challenge and opportunity,China should put forward the upgrade of industry to exalt china's position in global industry and trade.China should promote the financial system reform to improve the efficiency of resource allocation and deepen the foreign reserve system reform to improve the RMB becoming the international currency.
