摘    要:调制光热技术提供了基于测量均匀材料热扩散率的线性关系的有效方法。本文分析了这类线性关系对层状复合层和超晶格材料的适用性,讨论了由面激发和点激发相结合测量层状复合层纵向和横向有效热扩散率的不同情况,并通过这些数据和表观热扩散率获得每层材料的热参数。

Abstract:Modulated photothermal techniques provide useful methods based on linear relations to measure the thermal diffusivity of homogeneous materials.This paper investigate theoretically the applicability of such linear relations to layered materials and superlattices. In some cases,the planar excitation and pointlike excitation setups can be combined to give the effective thermal diffusivity perpendicular and parallel to the layers.The thermal parameters of each layer can be obtained from these data and the apparent diffusivity.
