| Abstract: | According to the Japan's peaceful constitution,Japan can not retain armed forces, nor can it declare war. However,adopting a series of laws,Japanese government has formed the self-defence army,joined the UN peace-keeping actions and set up the fighting system, which have broken through the constitutional limit. Now Japan has been developing into a power country. |
