| 摘 要： | 通过对24名专业田径运动员的心身疾病调查,发现田径运动员的心身疾病发病率高于一般人群,属高危人群,表明心身疾病的发病与职业、心理应激、性格等因素有关.指出运动员在训练过程中应注意的问题,初步探讨运动员心身疾病的预防、治疗.

| Abstract: | By the investigation of physical and mental diseases of 24 professional track and field athletes, we find that the incidence of physical and mental diseases of the track and field athletes is higher than that of the ordinary crowd of people. So they belong to the group of people who easily catch the diseases, which indicates that the incidence of physical and mental diseases is related to such factors as career, mental response to the external incentive as well as personalities. The article points out the problems that athletes should pay attention to during their training and makes initial study on the precaution and treatment of physical and mental diseases of athletes. |
