| 摘 要： | 面对市场经济体制逐步建立和经济全球化的发展格局，产生于计划经济体制时期的职称制度面临着进一步深化改革的任务。文章试就职称制度的历史功绩、存在的问题、今后改革的任务等进行初步探讨。
