| 摘 要： | 中国远程高等教育如何深化发展,使之满足服务学习型社会建设的要求;同时,如何有效地使我们前期用于新技术的投入更好地发挥效益。这是最近在我国召开的两个远程教育会议上主要涉及的内容。本文在介绍两个会议背景的基础上,着重就部分主题报告的主要内容进行描述,包括对数字化学习港建设方面、远程高等教育扩展过程中开放教育的角色、开放远程教育中新技术的使用、新技术和开放与远程教育成本结构的变化等。
