构建我国成人基本文化技能素质评价模式的基本对策

以往成人基本文化技能素质的评价存在着重结果、轻过程,重外因、轻内因,重知识、轻能力,普教化、崇洋化,以及简单化、一刀切的倾向。为此,我们一定要转变观念,坚持创新,以科研为先导,使我国成人基本文化技能素质评价模式的构建切实体现以人为本,做到科学化、终身化、标准化,贯彻和落实科学发展观,以适应我国经济社会发展需要。

The Basic Strategies of Constructing the Evaluation Model of Adult's Basic Cultural and Technical Qualities of Our Country

In the past ,the evaluation of the adult's basic cultural and technical quality had the following tendencies,emphasizing on the result;belittling the process;emphasizing the external cause;belittling knowledge,thinking less of ability;educational generalization 、worshiping foreign ideas,oversimplification .So we must change our idea ,insist on originality ,base on scientific research ,construct an evaluation mode of the adult's basic cultural and technical quality based on human being ,and we should carrg out scientific developing idea to meet the need of our country's economic and social development make it.
