论超常规科学技术及其主要特征

摘    要:大量交叉科技、边缘科技、横向科技、综合科技的产生标志着一个崭新的超常规科学技术时代的到来。从此,科学技术又将进入一个全新的发展时期,超常规科学技术将成为二十一世纪科学技术发展的主流。当今世界,科学技术正从现在的大科学技术时代(常规科学技术)向未来超常规科技时代转变,这种转变必将对我国科技人员选择新科研方向和我国政府制订新的科学技术发展战略和政策产生影响。

Abstract:Science and technology intersects in large quantities , edge science and technology, lateral science and technology and comprehensive science and technology produce sign the arrival of the conventional era of science and technology. Since then, science and technology,and will be an exceed conventional science and technology will become the main stream of the development of 21 century of science and technology.Now, the world and science and technology are just developing from the current era of science and technology ( conventional science and technology ) to the exceed conventional era .This change must work out new science and technology as the brainpower of our country, selecting new research direction,the strategy and policy.
