| 摘 要： | 近年来，非学历证书考试呈现出蓬勃发展态势，日益凸显其在学习型社会构建中的独特地位和作用；而学习型社会的构建也为非学历证书考试的发展和创新提供了难得的机遇。因此，我们有必要对非学历证书考试的发展和创新进行探讨，以期更好地为创建学习型社会服务。
