| 摘 要： | 话题结构指含有＂话题—说明＂成分的语言结构。这一结构的概念看起来非常简单,却是语言学界长久争论的一个议题。只有先澄清话题结构的基本概念,才能解析误解和争论的症结所在。此外,归纳汉语话题结构的种类、功能和英译策略还可以对翻译和英语教学的其他方面起到指导作用。

| Abstract: | Topic Construction refers to the language structure with a ＂Topic-Comment＂ constituent. It remains one of the most discussed propositions ever since its invention. So this paper begins with clearing the concept of Topic Construction and the following section is devoted to reviewing the typical misunderstandings and arguments concerning this issue. Then the classifications,functions as well as translation strategies are discussed in a detailed fashion. |
