| 摘 要： | 制约我国农村教育发展的主要因素是投资缺乏后动、发展模式单一、管理体系混乱。为此，必须从整体上考虑相应对策：建立健全农村教育投资系统，重新构造农村教育结构体系，规范农村教育管理职能。
