国外孤独症儿童家庭应激研究现状

孤独症儿童家庭成员面临着特殊压力情境,国外学者对这一人群的应激应对问题已进行了深入而系统的研究,并开始从积极正向的角度探讨家庭的良好适应和复原力建构过程。本文通过回顾国外相关研究,从孤独症儿童家庭应激水平、应激来源、对应激的调适等方面进行系统阐述,并对未来研究做出展望,以期对国内相关临床和理论研究提供参考。

The Current Foreign Research Situations of Family Stress with Autistic Children

The issue of stress coping among the families with autistic children who confront the specific stressful context in foreign countries has been studied thoroughly and systematically.Researchers began to focus on the families' psychological well-being and resilience construction from the positive perspective.Through a review of relevant researches,this article illustrates the stress level,stress source and adjustment of the families with autistic children,and proposes prospect of future research,attempting to provide reference for related clinic and theoretical research in China.
