| 摘 要： | 我国是一个农业大国,构建社会主义和谐社会,重点应当放在农村,目前我国广大农村尚存在诸多不和谐现象.农村地域广、人口多、底子薄,构建农村和谐社会已成为社会主义和谐社会建设的难点,因此应通过改革不合理的社会制度,赋予农民公平的国民待遇,加强基础设施和公共产品建设,加强农村民主政治、基层组织和文化建设,使农村和谐社会的构建成为社会主义和谐社会建设的一大亮点.
