| 摘 要： | 汉代地方教育的发展经历了前后两个阶段，西汉时期是地方教育的形成阶段，以汉平帝元始三年立学官为标志，说明地方官办教育正式确立；东汉时期，地方官办教育在地方官的重视下无论在边域抑或在内地都发展起来。郡文学及其属员承担着地方教育的重任。

| Abstract: | The development of the local education experienced two stages: the formation stage in Western Han Dynasty during which scholar officials were made as the mark, and the development stage in Eastern Han Dynasty, during which period the local education began to develop both in the borders and in the inner land. The county scholars and their sub-officials shouldered the responsibility. |
