湖南高校体育课程改革现状及启示

以湖南省高校体育课程改革为研究对象，通过实地走访、问卷调查、电话问询，笔者发现湖南省高校绝大多数已经实行以体育选项课为主要模式的体育课改。学生选课不仅注重身体锻炼，更重视体育的身心健康和社会适应性的功能，他们多选择球类项目、体育舞蹈和时兴项目。师资队伍人数的相对不足和学生体育基础的参差不齐，影响了学生学习的积极性，也导致部分高校体育出现到课率不足的现象。通过将体育纳入中小学必考科目，从而逐渐提升中小学体育师资质和量，改善林育教举环境，才能曼好的解决中小举体育课改踟蹰不前的境况。

Current Situation and Inspiration about the Course Reforms of Physical Education in Universities or Colleges in Hunan Province

The author studied the current situation that course reforms of P.E.in the university of Hunan province by questionnaires,interviews,telephone and so on..To conclusions:Most universities or colleges in Hunan realize selection course model;The students not only pay attention to body exercise by choosing their likes sports project,but also to mind and body and the social compatible function;The teachers relative insufficiency and the students sports foundation irregularity,has dampened the students' enthusiasm ;If P.E.becomes test subject in the elementary and middle school,the teachers and teaching environment will improve and the course reforms of P.E.will smooth.
