高校学报作为新闻出版业的一部分,具有双重性,它既是一种事业,又是一种产品.现阶段高校学报不可能作为完全的经营性企业进行完全的市场化经营,也不会像党报和党刊一样永远作为公益性事业享受财政补贴.高校学报要提高自身的社会和经济效益,除要提高办刊质量,扩大读者群外,还必须根据变化了的教育市场需求,组建高校学报产业链,进行联合办刊、分层管理.

Ideas on Constructing the Industrial Chains of University Journals

As a part of press and publication business, journals of institutions of higher education have a dual property, being beth an undertaking and a product. In order to improve their social and economic benefit, this paper proposes, industrial chains of university journals should be set up with joint nmning and leveled management based on the changed educational market.
